of ‘Page Pack’ customers are able to budget the exact cost per print without any hidden charges. The cost you pay per copy/print
includes, all toner, customer changeable parts, service call outs and engineer changeable parts. The only items not covered
by Page Pack are the cost of paper and the electricity. Xerox have won several awards for
the easy to use display found on all their multifunctional devises. With a touch screen, displaying simple icons, users interaction
with the devise is a simple and painless experience. The same layout has also been implemented on the printer drivers to allow
a consistent feel about all functions. Xerox have always worked with companies
in the pay for print market, the likely hood is next time you visit your local copy centre you would see a Xerox printer in
use there. The reason for our successful partnership within this market place is solely down to the Print Quality being of
such a high standard. Xerox has used the technology found in these devises across
their range of devises to give you super high quality in your office. To help reduce network traffic all
Xerox devises are set up to operate as document printers. This means that if you send a multi page job to print and require
10 copies, the devise will only need to receive the file once and automatically produce 10 copies either collated or uncollected. Most competitors’ devises would require the server to send the file through
10 times, thus clogging up your network. Xerox are the only manufacture to
have devises that work concurrently, this means that whilst one person is printing another user can either scan a document
over the network, send a fax or program a copy to be produced as soon as the print drive is available. This helps improve
productivity with multiple users not having to wait around or search for an alternative devise to complete their work. In order to reduce down time Xerox
have introduced ‘SMART KITS’ these are customer replaceable parts and include toner, drum units and UNIQUE to
Xerox, the Fuser. These are easy to change parts with the on screen display aiding
users in how to change parts. This improves ‘Up Time’ requiring fewer
engineer visits and out of order signs. All parts are designed to no tools are
